thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page 52, of
the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared YVONNE T. PEPPIN, who upon first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
LOUIS A. PEPPIN, who departed this life on May 6, 1979.
2. That YVONNE T. PEPPIN and the said LOUIS A. PEPPIN were
the grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
by wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
YVONNE T. PEPPIN was married to the said LOUIS A. PEPPIN and that
said marital relationship continued without interruption until the
death of the said LOUIS A. PEPPIN.
