2081 through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
• acknowledged, hereby on this nth day of June 1980, releases

Statement between Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and~Intercontinental
Bank filed December 29, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, page
2104, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
