~ I, REVA G. DAY, of the City of Titusville, Crawford
i County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last ialill, hereby
~ ~ revoking all prior wills and codicils.

I. The expenses of my last illness and funeral shall
~ be paid from my estate.
ZI. Z give my entire estate, real and personal, to my
son, Ronald G. Day, or if he predeceases me, to his surviving
issue, per stirpes.
III. I appoint The Pennsylvania Bank and Trust Company,
Titusville, Pennsylvania, as Guardian of the estates of minors,
with power (1) to receive and hold for minors all property payable
by law to a guardian appointed by my will; (2) to invest such
property and.all accumulated income without restriction to invest-
ments authorized for fiduciaries; and (3) to use income and prin-
cipal for_the minor's maintenance and education, either directly

or by payment to any person selected to disburse it t~Those receipt
shall be a complete acquittance therefor. All unexpended principa
and income shall be paid to ti?e minor at majority.
The Guardian may, in discharge of all duty hereunder,
pay any minor's share deemed impractical of adainistration to the :

person standing in place of the minor's parent or to the minor or 1

i N. No interest of any beneficiary under this Will or
