SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Port 0 Let Company, Inc., a
Corporation, the owner and holder of a certain Judgment in that cause -
wherein Port 0 Let Company, Inc., a Corporation was Plaintiff and Gorham
Construction Company, a Florida Corporation was Defendant, does hereby
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of such Judgment rendered by
the County Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and known as
Civil Action No. 78-1763-SP, recorded on the 17th day of January, 1979,
in the sum of X609.16 damages and X23.50 costs, said Judgment being
recorded in Official Records Book 302, Page 2214, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. And the undersigned does hereby consent that the
same shall be satisfied of record.
I WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has set his hand and seal this
day of April, 1980.
