FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned Judge of the above-
styled Court upon the issues and the Record, a jury having been expressly
waived by the parties; and, the Court finding that it has jurisdiction
over the subject matter and of the parties; and having reviewed and approved
the Petition submitted by FRANCES BURRELLE as next friend of the minor
Plaintiff, CHRISTOPHER M. BURRELLE, and having heard the evidence and the
discussion of counsel for the repsective parties, and having approved
the settlement in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants; and
bein full advised in the remises it is thereu on u on consideration

thereof,

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, CHRISTOPHER M. BURRELLE,
{
a minor, suing by his next friend and natural guardian, FRANCES BURRELLE,
shall have and recover of and from the Defendants, CAULKINS GROVES, GERALD
LADONNE BARFIELD and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, the sum of $3,500.00; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that FRANCES BURRELLE, individually
and as natural guardian of CHRISTOPHER M. BURRELLE, a minor, shall have

and recover of and from the Defendants, CAULKINS GROVES, GERALD LADONNE
BARFIELD and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, the sum of $1,500.00.
