ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND
SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court and it being determined by
the Court that the Plaintiff, CHRISTOPHER M. BURRELLE, is a minor, whose
natural guardian and next friend is FRANCES BURRELLE, and that the amount
of the Final Judgment in favor of the minor Plaintiff is within the limit
authorized by the applicable Florida Statutes, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor Plaintiff's natural guardian R
and next friend, FRANCES BURRELL, should be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to collect the amounts of the Final Judgment heretofore
entered against the Defendants, CAULKINS GROVES, GERALD LADONNE BARFIELD ~

and FLORIDA FAR29 BUREAU INC., in favor of the minor Plaintiff, CHRISTOPHER
M. BURRELLE, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that FRANCES BURRELLE, as natural guardian and

~ next friend of the minor Plaintiff, should be and she is hereby authorized
to execute the Satisfaction of Final Judgment and Release which is in
proper form and is hereby approved by the Court.
