DANGLER and NICHOLAS MANOS, as party of the first part, and MARTIN W. DUSTER, HOWARD DUSTER, ANN DUSTER, and GARY DUSTER, as tenants in common, and THRU REALTY CO., a New York General ~J Partnership, all the above tenants in common c/o Thru Realty Co., 1304 Midland Avenue, Yonkers, Westchester County, New York 10704, as party of the second part; and ' WHEREAS, the CITY OF FORT PIERCE did grant to CENTRAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, its successors and assigns, the right, privilege and easement to use a certain strip of land eighty-three (83) feet wide lying immediately East of the existing eighty (80) foot Right-of- Way of State Road No. 5, also known as U. S. Highway No. 1, more particularly described in instrument recorded at OR Book 85, Page 576, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records; and : i WHEREAS, CENTRAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF MIAMI, l FLORIDA, did by instrument recorded in OR Book 191, Page 96, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records, convey a portion of that easement to the party of the first .part; and WHEREAS, MODULAR HOMES OF FLORIDA, INC. (as Grantee from the aforesaid CENTRAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA) did grant to the party of the first part by instrument recorded in OR Book 191, Page 73, St. Lucie County, Florida, ' Public Records, all the right, title and interest of said ~ ~ MODULAR HOMES OF FLORIDA, INC. in a portion of the aforesaid ' eighty-three (83) foot strip of land; and ~ c~ ~ ~ WHEREAS, R.S.E. Highway No. 1, and extending South from a point 200 feet South of the JOHN FENNIMAN, South right-of-way line of Savannah Road to the CHARTERED , AT.oR»E~,?T..,~.
