Florida; .
As conveyed to SUNRISE THEATRE, INC., a corporation

(1) VIDA BEAN PETERSON, WALTER PETERSON, her husband,
and LESLIE BEAN, a single adult by warranty deed dated
December 1, 1953, and recorded December 11, 1953, in -
Deed Book 186, page 490, of the public records of St. -
Lucie County, Florida; (2) F. L. BEAN (also known as '
F. LESLIE BEAN) by warranty deed dated September 3,
