O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 11th day of June,
1980, upon the Motion to Limit Expert Witnesses filed by the
Plaintiff, and the Court having heard argument of counsel,
it is upon consideration _ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Defendant, Minton Equipment Company, Inc.,
Parcel 154, can use two appraisers and one engineer as indicated
to the Court and if there is any additional expert witness
listed by the Defendant, the Plaintiff may arrange for another
hearing before this Court.
(2) That the Defendants as to Parcels 130, 131, 136 and
700, can use two appraisers and one engineer and in the event
that said Defendants use or desire to use additional expert
witnesses, they shall notify the Plaintiff prior to trial,
and if there is any objection, the Plaintiff shall schedule

another hearing before this Court.

(3) That the Defendant as to Parcel 141, can use one
~ appraiser, one engineer, one noise expert and one surveyor,
and•if there is any additional expert witness listed by the
i Defendant, the Plaintiff shall be notified and if there is any
~ objection by the Plaintiff, they shall schedule another hearing
E before this Court. -
