O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 11th day of June,
1980, upon the Motion to Consolidate and Notice for Jury Trial
filed by the Plaintiff, and the Court having heard argument of
counsel on behalf of the various property owners, and the Court
being advised by Raymond E. Ford, who represents property owners
as to Parcels 130, 131, 136 and 700, that he believed that he
could be ready for trial by August 25, 1980 when Parcel 141 is
scheduled as #1 on the trial docket, and the Court also consider-
ing the objections of Walter Meginniss, as attorney for Minton
Equipment Company, Inc., Parcel 154, as to his desire to have
~ a separate trial as to Parcel 154, it is upon consideration.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Motion to Consolidate as to Parcels 130, 131,
° 136 and 700, be and the same is hereby granted, and said parcels
are consolidated with Parcel 141 for trial which is scheduled

F for August 25, 1980 at 9:30 a.m. in the St. Lucie County Court-
house, #l on the docket.

~ (2) That the Motion to Consolidate as to Parcel 154,
be and the same is hereby denied, but that said Parcel 154,
be and the same is hereby scheduled for trial for August 25,

~ 1980, at 9:30 a.m., #2 on the docket.
