KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, for and in consideration of. the payanent

soever, which the undersigned now has or might have against the build-
ing on the premises or upon the land Legally described as
Lot 17, Block 19, Section 25, PORT ST.LUCIE SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
13, page 32, 32A-32I, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
