This cause came on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion for
Leave to Take Depositions by Videotape and the Court having heard argu-
ment of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, upon
consideration, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That either party may notice the taking of .depositions by
videotape.
2. With respect to any testimony taken by videotape, all ob-

jections except as to form shall be preserved pending a ruling by the
Court,'
