This cause having come on to be heard on the Petition of the
Guardian WILLIAM ALVEY, SR., and the Court being advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the designated depository, Citizen's
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, shall pay to
the ward, WILLIAM ALVEY, JR. all sums in Account ~ 10395, held by
said Citizen's Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce
as a designated depository. That upon payment of said sums by
Citizen's Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to
WILLIAM ALVEY, JR., the said depository is hereby relieved of any
further responsibility with this account.
