O R D E R
The Petition of PAUL J. BRADFORD, as Personal Representative
of the above estate for an order authorizing sale of certain real
property came on this day to be heard. It appears to the court
that the assets of the estate include the following described
real property:
Lot 4, Block 8, less permanent easement for canal
right-of-way, PARADISE PARK ADDITION as recorded
in Plat Book 8, Page 36 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
It further appears to the court that Petitioners have
received an offer from JACK C.~ZIMMERMAN to purchase the above
described real property for a total purchase price of not less
than Seventeen Thousand Fxve Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00), payable
in cash at closing. It further appears to the court that it is
necessary for the estate to sell the above described real property
and that the said sale is consented to by all persons interested
in the above estate. The court being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that PAUL J. BRADFORD, as Personal

I hereby authorized to sell said real property upon the terms and
