FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause having heretofore come on for trial and the ~
Court finding that the Husband has not been personally served
and is in the military service and not in the jurisdiction
of this-Court and the Court finding that the Answer is properly
filed by the Attorney Ad Litem and the Court having given full
' consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: That
i
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties
and that the marriage. between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF rARRIAGE. The marriage between YVA
STORCK and JEFFREY A. STORCK be and the same is hereby dissolved

• and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
i
the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of NICOLE Q. STORCK, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to YVA STORCK with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to JEFFREY A. STORCK.

~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the _
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders

as may be proper and to all issues as to visitation and support ~

are reserved until such time that personal service for the
determination of such issues is obtained upon the Husband:
