This cause having come on this day to be heard and it appearing
to the Court that the above-named Defendant, JOHN WILLIAM LEE and
GLORIA BLACK LEE , was duly served with the Complaint herein, and
it further appearing that the said Defendant has failed to file an
Answer or other pleadings in said action, and that the Defendant
has been duly and properly served with a copy of the Motion for Final
Judgment and a copy of the Affidavit of Amounts Due and it appearing
that the Defendant is justly indebted to the Plaintiff in the sum of
$ 2,836.65 , plus interest in the sum of $ 496.30 plus
costs in the .sum of $ 51.00 , plus a reasonable attorney's fee
in the sum of $ , and the Court being otherwise duly ad-
