ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on defendant's Motion to Tax
Costs, at said hearing, plaintiffs moved, ora tenis, that the Court
consider the previous motion of plaintiffs to tax costs and fees in
connection with proving certain hospital records. Upon both motions
the Court finds as follows:
On the motion of defendant, the Court finds that a verdict
was returned herein in favor of defendant and, therefore, defendant
is entitled to recover costs as set forth in defendant's motion ex-
~ cept as follows:

The Court further finds that a reasonable fee for testimony
~ of Dr. Michael Small to be in the amount of $750.00
s Accordingly, the Court finds that defendant is entitled to
recover costs herein totalling $2,126.87.

On plaintiff's motion, the Court furtherfinds that plaintiffs
are entitled to a credit, or off-set as against said amount due
defendants, the sums of $56.50 in costs and $50.00 in attorneys'
r fees, for a total of $106.50, accordingly, it is

ORDERED that defendant take Final Judgment against plaintiffs ~
