Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
(a) At the time and. place of the accident Roger B.
Phillips owned a motor vehicle that was being operated with
his consent by Tonda Loretta Phillips.
(b) At the time and place of the accident Clarence
E. Dickens, Sr., owned a motor vehicle that was operated with
his consent by Clarence E. Dickens, Jr.
(2) EVIDENCE: Lawyers have stipulated as to the
r authenticity of the personnel and payroll records of Egan- _
t Swain Company, Labor Force and Wright ~ Lopez pertaining to
Jerry .Chew. The Plaintiff reserves objections as to relevancy
and materiality.

(3) OTHER PROVISIONS: None.
(4) EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either
party.
(5) WITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed at the
Pre-Trial Conference and names filed with the Clerk will be
permitted to testify, except the parties themselves and
