LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part Lying West of a line running parallel to and 315
feet West of the West Right-of-Way line of the present
Right-of-Way of Indian River Drive iFlorida Highway NO. 707)
of : -
- Lot 16 and the Northerly half of Lot 17, of the Subdivision of
the FEE PROPERTY as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4,
at page 44, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This tract has a frontage on the East Right-of-flay line of the
FEC Railwa~• ~~f 150 feet.
.Grantors hereby give and convey to the grantees herein the joint
use of the private dirve~aap located approximately along the
South line of that portion of above Easterly 315 feet of above
Lot 16.
It is understood and zyreed, howevc-r-, that if and when a public
road is built alor~:l the West Part of the tract hereby conveyed,
