ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~7~ day of A.D.,
1980, between DOLORES MARY JACQUIN, Individually nd as Personal
Representative of the Estate of Paul J. Jacquin, Deceased, party
of the first part, and CHARLES E. GREY, a single adult, party of
the second part, whose address is 2108 San Diego Avenue, Fort Pierce,
of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
WITNES SETH:
The party of the first part on the ~ day of ,
A.D., 1980, pursuant to that certain power to convey s t forth in
Last Will and Testament of decedent dated the 10th day of May A.D., .
1962, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten
and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consider-
ation in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remisses,
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part,
and to his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
' Lot 17, Blook 11, PARADISE PARK, according to the
plat thereof, as is recorded in P1at.Book 8, at
page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easements of record; applicable
zoning ordinances, taxes and assessments for the
year 1980, and subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all. and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
