ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
Made this day of June, 1975, between DONALD R. HOt~I.L,
SR, and MARIE G. HOMMELL, his wife, parties of the first part, and
JOSEPH R. ~ZI, party of the second part,
WITNESSETN: That if the party of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on his part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first
part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said-party
of the second part, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns,
in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatsoever, by a good and
sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land, situated in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and described as fol-
lows, to wit: '
_ The North 45.9 feet of the South 55.9 feet of the North (N) 100
feet of the North one-half (N 1/2) of the South one-half (S 1/2)
~ of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast one-
quarter (SE 1/4), all lying west of U. S. Highway No. 1, shorn
_ on St. Lucie map 32A, Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East_
and the said party of the second part hereby covenants and agrees to
pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of Eleven Thousand
- ($11,000.00) Dollars in the manner following:
(A)' Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) down payment with the

signing of this Agreement.

(B) Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) balance to bear interest

at 7.5~ annually. The remaining balance of Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) shall be paid off in monthly installments of Two Hun-
dyed Dollars ($200.00) per month commencing on August 1, 1975, and
a like sum each month until the balance due has been paid in full.
Each monthly payment shall first apply towards interest and the bal-
l ance to principal.
1. The party of the second part further agrees to pay all taxes,
assessments or impositions that may be -legally levied or imposed upon
