WHEREAS, DONALD R. HOrII~IELL, SR. and MARIE G. HOMMELL, his ~
wife, parties of the first part, entered into a certain Articles
of Agreement dated June 25, 1975, with the ?s~a~id second party,

WHEREAS, the second party desires to purchase additional property
from the first parties, and
WHEREAS, the first parties and second party have agreed to change
certain terms of said Agreement dated June 25, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed:
1. That if the party of the second part shall first make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on his
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part
hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said party of
the second part, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in
fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatsoever, by a good and suf-
ficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land, situated in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and described as follows, to
wit:

That part of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the Northeast l/4
of the Southeast 1/4 lying west of U. S. Highway No. 1, Section
~ 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, less and excepting there-
from the South 150' thereof, and less and excepting the North

~ and the said party of the second part hereby covenants and agrees to
pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of Twenty-six .
~ Thousand Six Hundred Forty-two Dollars and Twenty-nine Cents ($26,642:29)
in the manner following:

(B) Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred Forty-two Dollars and

Twenty-Nine Cents ($26,142.29) balance to bear interest at 7.5%
