- For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable. consideration, the parties of the first part shall
release from the obligation and lien of this agreement for
deed upon the principal amount of the indebtedness reflected .
herein being reduced by Four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-five
Dollars and Thirty-four Cents ($4285.34) the hereinafter
described portion of subJect property, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The North 45.9 feet of the South 55.9 feet of the North
100 feet of the North 1/2 ofi the South 1/2 of the North-
east 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, all lyingg west of U. S.
Highway No. 1, shown on St. Lucie Map 32A, Section 6,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East.
