ASSIGNMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That DONALD R. HOMMELL, SR. and
MARIE G. HOMMELL, his wife, parties of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of TEN AND NO/100 (E10.00) DOLLARS, lawful money of the United States, to
them in hand paid by COMMERCIAL BANK OF VERO BEACH, a corporation existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part, at or before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, _
has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these
presents does, grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said
party of the second part a certain Articles of Agreement bearing the date the 25th
day of June, 1975 between DONALD R. HOMMELL, SR. and MARIE G, HOMMELL, his wife,

and JOSEPH R. CLEMENZI,/and a certain Articles of Agreement Modification Agreement
entered into on January 25, 1978, between DONALD R. HOMMELL, SR. and MARIE G. HOMMELL,

his wife, and JOSEPH R. CLEMENZI,/upon the following descr bed pieces or parcels of
land, situate and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
The North 45.9 feet of the South 55.9 feet of the North (N)
100 feet of the North one-half (N 1/2) of the South one-half
(S 1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast
one-quarter (SE 1/4), all lying West-of U.S. Highway No. 1,
shown on St. Lucie Map 32A, Section 6, Township 34 South, Range
40 East;
and
~I That part of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying West of U.S. Highway No. 1,
Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, less and excepting
therefrom the South 150' thereof, and-less and exceptin4 the
