COUNTY OF Hampden
Before me, the undersigned officer duly authorized in
the State and County aforesaid to administers oaths, personally came
and appeared LLOYD M. HOOVER, who, after being duly cautioned and
sworn, deposes and says: i
1. That LLOYD M. HOOVER, LLOYD N. HOOVER and HERBERT M.
HOOVER are the present Trustees of the LLOYD M. HOOVER ASSOCIATES
Trust, dated the 30th day of December, 1966, a copy of which has
been recorded in Official Records Book •171, Page 388, et. seq, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Elizabeth N. Hoover, one of the original Trustees,
died on October 18th, 1972
3. That the aforesaid Trustees are empowered under the !
terms of said Trust to convey title to the following described real
property, viz.:
Condominium Parcel: Block B, Lot 36 of
HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, a Condominium,
according to the Declaration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 168,
~ Page 1348, public records of St. Lucie County,

Florida.
