THIS CAt1SE coming on to be heard upon the Petition of
CAROLS NE~JTON for appointment as Guardian of the Estate of
KENNETH SHAFFF.it, residing at 11D9 North 3°th St., Fort Pierce,
Florida in the County of St. Lucie, and it annearinR that it
is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; that the Petitioner
by reason of her relationship as parent. and natural guardian
of the said minor, is entitled to an appointment of such guardianshio,
and the Court finding that t?~e applicant is a fit and proper
person to receive said appointment, and the Court having juris-
diction and being fully advised:
IT IS ORDERED,AnJIID`~F.n and DFCRFFn, that the said CAROLF
NE«TON, by and she is hereby appointed Quardian of the estate
of said minor, and that upon making, and filing the Oath
required by law, Letters of Guardianship shall be granted to
CAROLS NE4TTON as guardian of the Estate of said KENNETH SHAFFER,

I request that bond be waived, and in light of the fact that funds

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that bond is wavved in this matter
