KELLER, a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annuling all others by me heretofore made. FIRST: I will and direct that all my just debts, includ- i ing medical and funeral expenses, be paid as soon after my death as may be reasonably convenient. SECOND: I hereby will and bequeath and devise all of my property, both real and personal, of whatsoever nature and ' wheresoever located, to my husband, JOHN H. KELLER, to be his in fee simple absolute. THIRD: In the event that my husband, JOHN H. KELLER, should predecease me, or in the event that our deaths should occur simultaneously or under such circumstances that it is impossible to determine who died first, then and in that event, ' I do hereby give, bequeath and devise all of my property, both real and personal, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever located to my son, ROBERT B. FINLEY, to be his in fee simple absolute. FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my ( .husband, JOHN H. KELLER, Executor of this my Last Will and i a Testament, and I expressly confer upon him as said Executor, power to administer my estate, excusing him from giving any bond, or making any returns to the Court. I expressly confer } upon him, full authority and power to sell and convey any part of, or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice as he may deem best, and without any Order of r - Court.
