ORDER DIRECTING DEPOSITORY FOR ASSETS TO DELIVER SAME
This proceeding was heard on the Petition for Order directing
Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Association, as depository
for assets, to deliver same unto JOHN H. SUTHERLAND, guardian of
the property of MICHAEL ALAN NOONAN, minor; notice of hearing on
said Petition having been waived by all persons entitled to
same; and the Court being satisfied that said depository has
faithfully discharged the duties as such depository; and the Court
being further satisfied that the necessity of keeping the assets
of said minor in the custody of said depository has ceased; it is
ADJUDGED, that Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Associ-
ation, depository for assets of MICHAEL ALAN NOONAN, minor, is
hereby directed to deliver unto JOHN H. SUTHERLAND, guardian of
the property of MICHAEL ALAN NOONAN, minor, all assets of said

f minor held by it, namely cash in savings account X80428159,
I representing principal and accrued interest on the principal -
~ balance of $2,983.27, and that upon delivery of same unto said
guardian, that said depository shall be discharged and released
from further liabili/ty therefor. ~
