4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county
because the decedent was domiciled in this county.
5. Petitioners, whose addresses are set forth in
paragraph "1" above, are. entitled to preference in appointment
as personal representatives because they are named in the
decedent's will, as amended by codicil.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are real estate, cash, securities anti other
persenal property with a value estimated to exceed S100,000. ~
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevokeci will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth ir. paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last mill, dated
t•;arcn 20, 1975, and the codicil theretc dated AFrit 5, 1977 are
in the Possession of the court.
Petitioners revuest that the dececer:t's will
( including the said codicil thereto) be adr..itted to proQate and
that KATtiERI13E FULL-ER and CHAkLOTTE DICh50I: be aprointed
personal representatives of the Florida estate of tre decedent.
