On the Petition of the Personal Representatives of_ the above estate
for an Order authorizing the sale of real property, the Court finds that
all interested parties have consented and that the material allegations
of the Petition are true and that it is in the best interest of the ~
estate and necessary for the purpose of facilitating distribution of
the estate to sell the properties described in-the Petition at private
sale, upon the terr.~s and at the price described in the Petition, it is
ADJUDGED that the Personal Representatives are authorized to sell

(13), a Subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
13 at Pages 4 and 4A through Obi of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

(13), a Subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
13 at Pages 4 and 4A through 424 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
