j (1) Stipulations and Admissions were made as follows:
a. The accident occurred on November 6, 1976, in St. Lucie Cbtmty, Florida.
b. The accident occurred between a train caned and operated by FLORIDA FAST
OLIA.ST RAIIATAy C10NIE'ANY and a motor vehicle owned by Clvae Caldwell and
operated by Larry Edward Sloane.
c. The accident c~ocurred at a crossing awned and maintai~d by FDC.
d. (~1DA S. CAI~~• a/k/a GI~TOA S. CAIMAN was kille` as a result
of the alleged collision.
e. Lillie Sue Caldwell is the daughter of (~IDA S. C~1IT~IL, Decea-sed.
! (2) Evidence:
a. With regard to Plaintiff's Exhibit List, Defendants
reserve objections to materiality and relevancy and
waive objections to authenticity of the documents.
