Each Defendant shall have three (.3) preemptory challenges for a total of six (6). • (7) Jury Instructions: a. Proposed jury instructions, each charge on a separate - _ sheet, shall be ,submitted to the Court at the beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional jury instructions shall be submitted n,-, later than at the conclusion of the testimony. (8) Exercise of Challenge: a.
