ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre- Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS: .
The following facts have been admitted between the
parties and the pleadings:
(a) That on or about August 28, 1978, DONNA DIEHL was
operating an automobile on the streets of Fort Pierce, Florida, an
LOUISE DIEHL was a passenger in the aforesaid automobile.
(b) On or about August 28, 1978, DINA MOORS was operatin
the automobile that rearended the automobile driven by DONNA DIEHL
•
~ and inwhich LOUISE DIEHL was a passenger.
~ (c) That the accident occurred on August 28,1978, in
Fort Pierce, Florida at or near the intersection of U.S. 1 and
Avenue A in Fort Pierce, Florida.
(d) That the automobile which DINA MOORS was operating
at time of the accident is insured by HARTFORD ACCIDENT & INDEMNIT
INSURANCE COMPANY.
(e) That the Plaintiffs were not negligent and did not
~ contribute to the occurrance of the accident.
2. EVIDENCE:
