4. PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES: _
Plaintiff shall have six peremptory challenges. -~Ea_d: Defendan

5. JURY INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposed Jury Instructions, on a separate sheet for each charg ,
shall be submitted to the court at the beginning of the trial,
copies to opposing attorney. Additional Jury Instructions shall
be submitted no later than the conclusion of all testimony.
6. OTHER PROVISION:

(a) All parties shall conclude discovery in this matter on ;
or before five days prior to trial, unless parties can stipulate.
(b) Amendments to witness to witness lists and lists of
exhibits must be filed not later than five days prior to trial.
(c) Expert witnesses may be called out of turn by either part .
(d) All known impeachment witness must be listed.
7. EXCERCISE OF CHALLENGE:
Out side the hearing of the jury in a manner selected by the
court. Rule 1. 432(e).
