IN RE: ESTATE OF
- JOHN A. SUAREZ, Deceased.
PETITION FOR ORDER kUTHORIZING SALE
Petitioner, Ann Strassner, as Ancillary Personal Represen-
tative of the above Estate, respectfully alleges to the Court
follows:
1. The assets of the Ancillary Estate consists of:
Lot 20, Block 1239, Port St. Lucie,
Section 20, a Subdivision e~cording
to Plat recorded in Plat Book 13,
Page 21, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. The Petitioner considers it expedient and to the best
interest of the Estate to sell the above-described real property ~
as this is the only asset of the estate in the State of Florida t
and both beneficiaries of the decedent's estate reside in the
State of New York and do not anticipate residing in Florida.
3. An offer for the purchase of said property, condi-
tioned upon Court approval, has been received to purchase the above #
described property from the Estate for cash in the amount of $1200.
4. Ann Strassner and Gail Wakefield, the only beneficiaries
of the above decedent, have filed with the Court their written
` Consent and Waiver of Notice of Sale of the property described
~ above.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an Order authorizing
the sale of the above-described property upon the terms and con-
ditions set-forth above. -
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
