ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
This cause has been considered by this Court upon the
Petition of Ann Strassner as Ancillary Personal Representative
of the Estate of John A. Suarez, deceased, and the Court having
determined that it is in the best interest of the Estate that
certain assets of the Estate•be sold in order to provide funds
for distribution, that the best interest of the Estate will be
served by a sale of the property at a private sale and that the
sale should be for the sum of $1200.00 cash, it therefore is
ADJUDGED that Ann Strassner, as Ancillary Personal
Representative of the Estate of John A. Suarez is authorized to
sell
Lot 20, Block 1239 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 20, a Subdivision according to
the. Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 21, of the Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
for $1200.00 cash.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida, this ~ 7 day
of June, 1980.
