KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by David A. Rosenbaum and
Patricia P. Rosenbaum, his wife dated June 4th Iq 73 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 215 on page
gg , securinct the payment of the sum of Eighteen lfiousand and no/100_____________~_____

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenasd by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record..
