TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause came on before me for the .temporary relief prayed
for in the petition filed by the Wife and the parties having
stipulated to~the entry of the following order, it is hereupon
ordered:
1. Temporary custody of RANA DAWN WEATAERFORD is granted to
the Wife with right of reasonable visitation reserved to the
Husband.
2. That the question of child support is deferred to the
final hearing on the above petition.
3. That the Husband and ~ the Wife are each hereby restrained
and enjoined from removing the minor child, RANA DAWN WEATHERFORD,
from the jurisdiction of this Court during the pendency of this

j proceeding.
i 4. The Husband and the Wife .are each hereby restrained and
I
enjoined from annoying, harassing or interfering with the other.

5. By stipulation of the parties, the Wife is granted the
temporary exclusive use of the apartment and furniture at 2807
Oleander Avenue, Apt. B, Fort Pierce, Florida, and during the time
of said exclusive use the Wife is ordered to assume the complete
obligation for rent and utilities at said apartment.
