public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to that mortgage in favor of W. G. Ventures,
Inc. dated April 6, 1979 and filed and recorded May 7,
1979 in Official Records Book 308, Page 951, public
j• records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which grantees

Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements and

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
