THIS INDENTURE, executed on the 3~d._ day of

individually, and as Personal Representative of the Estate of
DOMENICO A. D'ACCHIOLI, deceased,' party of the first part, and
ANDREANA D'ACCHIOLI and ANNA N. D'ACCHIOLI, whose address is
1310 Atwood Avenue, Johnston, Providence County, Rhode Island.

in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, DOMENICO A.
D'ACCHIOLI, and in consideration of the premises and the sum
of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, -
conveys and confirms to the parties of the second part, and to
their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows

-Lot 23, Block 209, of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE
UNIT 15, a Subdivision, according to the Plat
~ thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, at ~
Page 42, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. }

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-

ments, and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the #
second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple
forever.
. AND the party of the first part does covenant to and s
with the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
that in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and
this conveyance the .laws of the State of Florida have been fol-
lowed and complied with in all respects.
The property involved is not the homestead of the
grantor, and the grantor presently resides at 1310 Atwood Avenue,
