do hereby make, publish and declare this, my Last Will and
a
(Q Testament, hereby revoking and rendering void any and all Wills

~ and Codicils thereto by me at anytime heretofore made.
~ FIRST: I direct that my body be cremated.
SECOND: I direct that my personal representative, herein-
after named, shall first pay and discharge all of~my lawful
debts and all expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as
conveniently and properly may be done after my death.
THIRD: To the individuals listed below, I devise the
following:
(A) To my granddaughter, KATHY FINK, if she survives me,
the sum of $2,500.00.
(B) To my granddaughter, SUZI FINK, if she survives me,
the sum of $2,500.00.
(C) To my son, BURTON C. FINK, if he survives me,
the sum of $5,000.00. ~

(D) To my deceased wife's grandniece, JULIE VASQUEZ, if
she survives me, the sum of $2,500.00.

(E) To my deceased wife's grandnephew, PAUL VASQUEZ, if
he survives me, the sum of,$2,500.00.
I (F) To FIRST METHODIST CHURCH OF PUNTA GORDA, if in
existence, the sum of $500.00.

Article shall not survive me, or be in existence at the time of
