FIFTH: If my son, DONALD FINK, shall predecease me, all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether the same
be real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever the same may be
situate, I devise to the issue of DONALD FINK who shall be living
at the time of my death per stirpes and in fee.
SIXTH: I; appoint my son, DONALD FINK, as personal r
representative of my estate, and I direct that he shall not be
required to give bond or any other security for the faithful
performance of his duties. I direct that my personal representa-
tive shall have full power to sell, mortgage, pledge, lease or
convey real or personal property for such prices or such purposes, #
in such manner, publicly~or privately, without notice to anyone,

and upon such terms and conditions as may appear to be proper, and
execute any and all instruments necessary to effect the authority
herein granted without leave or order or any Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said ERNEST C. FINK, sign,, seal,
publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and'

Testament, typewritten on two (2) pages, including the attestation
clause and signature of witnesses, upon the bottom of each page of
Ij which I have also written my rar~.e for the purposes of identifica-
! tion, this ~ day of April, 1979.

On this day of April, 1979, ERNEST C. FINK declared
to us, the undersigned, that the foregoing instrument is his Last
Will and Testament, and he requested us to act as witnesses to the
same and to his signature thereon. He thereupon signed said Will
in our presence, we being present at the same time, and we now, in
his presence and at his request, and in the presence of each other
do hereto subscribe our names as witnesses. And we, and each of
us, declare that we believe the Testator, ERNEST C. FINK, to be
of sound mind and memory.
