The Petition of DONALD C. FINK for discharge as personal

i representative of the Estate of ERNEST C. FINK, Deceased,
having been considered this day, and it appearing from the
Petition that:
1. Petitioner, DONALD C. FINK, is the residuary j
{ beneficiary of the estate, with all the other persons having
an interest in this proceeding being recipients of monetary
II bequests under the Will of ERNEST C. FINK, deceased. '

i 2. DONALD C. FINK, as personal representative of the
' estate, has performed all acts necessary and proper in the
administration of the estate and is entitled to discharge upon
making distribution and filing satisfactory evidence of

distribution.
It is therefore,

f to make distribution of the assets of this estate as follows:
