stipulation of the undersigned counsel and this court being other
wise fully advised in the premises it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife, MAUREEN PRESTON,
shall have unsupervised visitation of the minor children of the
parties beginning at 6:30 p.m. on"Wednesday, June 18, 1980 and
ending at 12:00 noon on Thursday, June 19, 1980. The wife is
to pick the minor children up at the residence of the husband and
return the minor children to the office of the husband's attorney,
MICHAEL LESNIAK, at 211 South 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former wife, MAUREEN

PRESTON, is ordered and directed not to herself remove, nor to
ermit or obtain an erson or ersons to remove the minor children,

~ JODY PRESTON and DUSTI PRESTON, beyond the limits of the State of

~ Florida, without an order of this court permitting removal. It is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former wife be and is
hereby advised of Florida Statute Sec. 787.04 (1) providing as
follows:
It is unlawful for any person, in violation of a court order,
~ to lead, take, entice or remove a child beyond the limits of
this state with personal knowledge of the order.
