THIS CAUSE came before this Court to be heard on May 30,
1980 upon the Motion of MOON LANDRIEU, as Secretary of Housing and
Urban Development of Washington, D.C., successor Plaintiff in the
cause filed in this Circuit under Case No. 76-1066 CA upon its'

Motion to Amend the Complaint for foreclosure of mortgage and upon

its Motion to Consolidate this action with the action pending under

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:
1. That Plaintiff, MOON LANDRIEU,'s Motion to Amend its
Complaint for foreclosure of mortgage is granted. Default Judgments
' have been entered against EDWARD F. MILLER and JEANIE MILLER, previously
in this cause and the Amendment to the Complaint requests no further
relief from EDWARD F. MILLER and JEANIE MILLER and thus the Amended ,
'a
~ Complaint need not be served upon them.
