ELMON BUTTS and MARGARET W. BUTTS, who are also Defendants in Case
No. 77-89. That service of the Amended Complaint for foreclosure
of mortgage may be accomplished by mailing. }
3. That the Plaintiff, MOON LANDRIEU'S, Motion to
Consolidate this Case with Case No. 77-89 is granted as these actions
involve the same subject matter of Plaintiff's interest as mortgagee

upon the property and the Defendants' interest under the Tax Deed
previously held invalid in Case No. 77-89 but for which a continuing
lien upon said property has been ord
