ORDER DISMISSING COUNTERCLAIM
This cause, having come on to be heard before me, on
June 6, 1980, upon Motion of the Counterdefendants, ROCCO VOLONINO
and ROSE VOLONINO, his wife, to dismiss the Counterclaim of
FRANK DeTHOMAS CONSTRUCTION, INC.,~and this Court having heard
the argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss be and the
same is hereby granted. Counterplaintiff shall have twenty (20)
days in which to amend its Counterclaim.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
