imposed upon the Defendants thereunder be, and the same are
hereby reversed and set aside and this cause is hereby remanded
to the lower court to enter Judgments of Not Guilty as to each
Defendant, and to take such other action as might be appropriate
in accordance with this Judgment.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
