SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that TaFatiiRF rnAST SERVICE CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation

the owners and holders of that certain mortgage and.the indebtedness secured thereby,
executed by Edward J Lewis and Cherlyn L. Lewis, his wife
under date of December 28 19 79, recorded in O.R. Book 323 ~ page 1705 ,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, encumbering real property
situate~in St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows

Lot 88, PARK TRAIL ACRES, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, page 18, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of Ten($10.00) Dollars and
valuable considerations inuring to the undersigned from First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, do hereby subordinate the lien and operation of said mortgage to
the lien and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby executed
by the said mortgagors to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE under date
of
February 8 19 80 ,recorded in O.R. Book 325 at page 2106 ~ St I~_i
County, Florida, public records, securing the sum of $ 60.000.00 ,and encumbering the
above described real property, in the same manner and effect as if said mortgage bead ed
and filed for public record prior to and in advance of the mortgage held by the unde~r•S
