KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Russell L. Akins and Joyce
D. Akins, his wife dated June 12th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 288 on page
2313 ,securing the payment of the sum of Three Thousand, Three Hundred and no/100-----------
Dollars (S 3,300.00------~
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness eviderxed by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and b the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of reoord_ .
